Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility

At Nouvalife, we want to ensure that you receive your products in their original condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe

You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.

Replacement Process

Initiation

To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. Often, the issue may be related to product usage, and our team can guide you on how to resolve it. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty, you can choose one of the following options:

Option A

Ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (including the original product box and all accessories) to our warehouse.

Once we receive the product, we will ship your replacement free of charge within 2 working days.

Option B

We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please ensure the product (in its original packaging with all accessories) is ready for pickup by the courier.

Please note: We do not offer replacements for “change of mind.”
